Calisthenics Training - but not like you know it.

Calisthenics utilises gravity and bodyweight leverage to increase strength and flexibility via pushing, pulling, lunging, and lifting movements using little to no equipment. When performed in a continuous, rigorous fashion, calisthenics trains both your strength and aerobic capacity and challenges and increases your overall fitness.

  • Not at all. Luke is experienced in training people of all levels and backgrounds. Whether you have been training 10 years or 10 minutes, Luke will tailor a program to suit your current level and help you achieve your goals.

  • Sure can! Luke can still do a consult with you and develop a program that you can utilise in your own gym or own home. Just reach out to him today: odysseyhealthpractices@gmail.com

  • While there can be options to suit almost anyone's needs and schedules, a typical PT session with Luke will go for an hour and can be done once to three times per week depending on your goals and availability. Luke can train you once a week and develop a program for you to follow and keep developing your skills in your own time.
